There are multiple options to choose from in the booking system and we can update the frequency if your needs change.
We strive to provide consistency for our clients by sending the same cleaners to your home whenever possible. However, we cannot guarantee it every time due to scheduling conflicts or unforeseen circumstances.
Its important to note that all UltraShine cleaners are trained to the same standard, and you can still expect consistency from all of out team members in your home.
Absolutely. Our cleaners are police checked and undergo background checks before they are hired. We take the safety and security of our clients’ homes seriously. We trust every single one of our team members.
You do not have to be at home, however that choice is up to you. Our cleaners are trained to work independently and can be trusted to clean your home while you’re away. Usually our clients book in their house clean while they are at work so they can come home to a clean fresh house at the end of the day.
The duration of the cleaning service will depend on the size of your home, the level of cleaning needed, and the number of cleaners assigned to your home. Most services can be completed within a couple of hours.
At UltraShine, we believe you should pay for the service, not per the hour. This gives you confidence that your price wont change each week depending on how long our team take.
By paying for the service, you are guaranteed the same consistent service and final result, every time, not dependant on how long out team take to complete the job. This give you assurance that our team wont “walk off the job” when your allocated time has been used.
When you book online through our booking system, you will be prompted to enter your card details for payment. A hold will be placed on your card the day before service. Please note that some banks show this hold as a charge, but it is just a pre-authorisation. You won’t be charged until after the service is completed and you will receive an email invoice immediately.
If you book a recurring service, this will be a recurring payment, on the day of each service.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment, please log in to your UltraShine booking account, and make the change within 24 hours of the service.
