If you have a two-storey home, expect pricing to be higher than a standard single-level house.

Most of the time, exterior windows on double-storey homes are cleaned using a pure water system with a long water-fed pole, which allows us to safely reach high windows from the ground.

How pure water system works:

• Water is filtered to remove all minerals and impurities
• It’s pumped through a long pole with a soft brush
• Windows are scrubbed and rinsed using pure water
• The glass dries naturally without streaks or spots

For interiors, we often use extension poles and traditional methods to reach higher glass without needing ladders inside the home.

In more difficult cases, we may need to consider special access equipment such as scissor lifts or elevated platforms to safely complete the job.

Larger jobs like retirement villages, apartment blocks, and multi-building sites often work out much cheaper per unit compared to individual homes. With the right equipment and setup, big jobs can actually be very efficient.
