The Requirements

Summerset Te Awa Regional Main Building (RMB) faced a monumental challenge—a vast, three-story hospital care building spanning 8,999 square meters that demanded meticulous cleanliness. Recognising the need for a reliable and dedicated commercial cleaning, Summerset Napier turned to UltraShine. The scale and complexity of a project this size required not only exceptional cleaning skills but also adept project management to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.

The Solution

The UltraShine team embarked on a comprehensive interior clean, leaving no corner untouched. We meticulously cleaned care rooms, common areas, staff facilities, balconies, kitchens, and bathrooms, paying keen attention to often overlooked spots like window frames, corners, inside kitchen cupboards, removing spray paint and dusting walls.

Adaptability and flexibility was paramount as we adjusted to the ever-changing project timeline, always prepared to dive in when needed. We committed ourselves to rigorous, long hours to meet even the most demanding deadlines. Demonstrating our flexibility, we willingly undertook additional tasks, including washing three-story external windows,
water-blasting tiled patios, and assisting with external facade cleaning. This project exemplifies our unwavering dedication to exceeding expectations and consistently delivering top-quality results
