The Requirements

TW Property engaged us to complete a full post-construction clean of 40 brand-new social housing units in Napier & Hastings for handover to Kāinga Ora. The homes needed to meet stringent quality standards before welcoming new tenants, with a tight deadline and no room for compromise. In addition to standard post-construction cleaning challenges, some windows had stubborn sprinkler water spots that required specialist attention to achieve a flawless finish.

Every surface was addressed, from fine construction dust and debris to the precision detailing needed for final presentation.
